About the Role
About You
- Proficiency in Python for data engineering, automation, and testing.
- Experience with SQL and Amazon Athena for querying data in S3-backed data lake architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including VPC, Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, EC2, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and secure integration patterns.
- Experience with Grafana for monitoring data pipelines.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline setup for automating build, test, and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with ELN, LIMS, and SDMS systems.
