About the Role
As a Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through daily individual and group counseling sessions. You will collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to develop treatment plans and coordinate care, ensuring exceptional experiences for patients and their families during their recovery journey.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services field.
- Associate license OR full counseling license for candidates with a Master’s Degree in Counseling.
- Associate or temporary license in the state of employment required for candidates with a Master’s Degree in Social Work.
Preferred:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or acute psychiatric setting.
- Previous experience in an acute in-patient behavioral health hospital.
- Experience developing and administering treatment plans.
- Proficiency in individual and group counseling techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills.
