Summary
Compass Intervention Center is seeking a Therapist - PRN to join their team in Memphis, TN. The role involves providing clinical social work services and ensuring a safe environment for clients.
About the Role
As a Therapist, you will be responsible for direct supervision of clients, conducting psychosocial assessments, providing individual, group, and family therapy, and participating in treatment team planning. You will also engage in crisis intervention and case management services, while ensuring compliance with the facility's philosophy and objectives.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient setting.
Preferred:
- Social Work or Professional Counselor License, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist.
- Knowledge of case management, discharge planning, and family therapy theory and practice.

Compass Intervention Center
Compass Intervention Center is located in Southwest Tennessee. This convenient location provides access to larger communities in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. We work with children and families throughout the United States, including military families overseas. Compass Intervention Center is a free standing residential treatment center open to male and female children and adolescents from ages 10 to 17. Intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization services are available to male and female adolescents ages 12 to 17. We are available by phone 24 hours per day 7 days per week to answer questions and schedule assessments.
