As a Therapist I, you will provide individual counseling and group facilitation to clients with mental health and substance abuse disorders. You will maintain documentation, conduct discharge planning, and engage with other agencies for client advocacy. The role requires participation in training, crisis intervention, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support client needs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of Ohio.
- CPR certification.
Preferred:
- Experience with biopsychosocial assessments.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices including Trauma-Informed Care and Housing First.
