About the Role
As a Therapist, you will assess student needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educators and families to promote student success. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, designing therapy programs, maintaining documentation, and supervising therapy assistants. You will also engage in professional development and support the integration of assistive technology in educational settings.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred).
- NBCOT Certification.
- Valid NJ Occupational Therapy License.
- NJ Department of Education OT Certification.
- Strong foundation in child development, therapeutic techniques, and assistive technology.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
