About the Role
As a Therapist, you will assess family needs, develop intervention plans, and deliver tailored therapy sessions. You will collaborate with service providers, monitor family progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. The position requires providing services primarily in clients' homes and communities, focusing on building collaborative relationships with families and community stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy or a related subject area.
- Experience working in a Child Welfare, JJI, or Adolescent Focused program.
Preferred:
- Bilingual/Bicultural.
- Experience and/or knowledge of Evidence-Based Models, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused work.
- Direct practice with families.
