- Eighteen (18) months experience working with people who have mental illness or intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Valid Texas driver's license or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
- Eighteen (18) months experience in the development of treatment and support plans for people with mental illness or intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

Overview The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is an agency within the Texas Health and Human Services System. In September 2016, Texas began transforming how it delivers health and human services to qualified Texans, with a goal of making the Health and Human Services System more efficient and effective.
