- Associate's degree in IT, computer science or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols, devices, and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and service desk operations.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems.
