About You
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-7 years of relevant title experience.
- Knowledgeable in real estate closings, title insurance, escrow and underwriting audits, and ALTA Best Practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Experience in developing agent monitoring protocols and audit reporting standards.
- Ability to interact productively with peers, customers, and management.
