About the Role
As a Title Specialist I, you will be responsible for scanning titles into the title vault, verifying and validating titles for negotiability, shipping sold vehicle titles to clients, generating and fulfilling picklists, performing monthly title audits, and sorting and filing title inventory. This position requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Generally, less than 2 years of experience.
Preferred:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to type and use 10-key proficiently.
- Effective communication skills and strong customer service attitude.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
