About the Role
As a TMS Technician, you will be responsible for providing TMS treatment according to physician protocols, monitoring treatment sessions, entering client information, and maintaining client appointments. You will also communicate effectively with clients, administer psychiatric rating scales, and ensure client safety during treatments. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to troubleshoot issues related to client comfort and TMS system setup.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of TMS Certification during training
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills
- Understand and comply with HIPAA
Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- 1 or more years of medical office experience
- Medical Assistant training
- Knowledge of medical authorizations
- CPR Certified (or willing to obtain certification)
