About the Role
As a Toddler Floater Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, engaging children in various instructional strategies, and adhering to the Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers. You will work closely with the Academy Director to ensure that the curriculum meets the developmental needs of the children and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
About You
Required:
- At least 18 years of age and high school diploma or GED certificate required.
- Previous experience in a state licensed facility OR 24 hours of documented pre-service training required.
Preferred:
- Early education BA, AA or CDA highly preferred.
- Experience working in children's ministry is a plus.
Benefits
- Compensation of $16.00 - 19.00 per hour based on experience and education.
- Criminal background check required.
