- BS/BA degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- Seed industry and/or seed site operations experience.
- Ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong computer skills related to data acquisition, organization, and analysis.
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, interpret, and operationalize contracts.
- 6+ years of experience.
- Experience working at a manufacturing location.
- Formal problem-solving experience (e.g., A3, Kaizen).
- Technical writing and training experience.
- Knowledge of SAP and Seedbin.
- Eagerness to learn quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
