About You
- 3-4 years’ experience leading/managing retail/POS stores/counters/regions in luxury business, preferably in the Beauty industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of sales, product knowledge, and retail culture.
- Ability to recruit, coach, and develop branded retailer staff.
- Strong social media and digital engagement skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
