About the Role
As a Tool and Die Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling time for assessing and improving the department's support of company strategic plans, developing and controlling the department's budget, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring proper training of tooling associates. You will also analyze workforce utilization and participate in strategic planning processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of Tool and Die experience.
- Experience leading SMED and Trim teams.
- Experience with large automotive die cast machines.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
