About You
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong hands-on manufacturing background.
- Experience working in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of CNC tooling, cutting tools, and tool holders.
- Ability to read setup sheets, tool lists, and basic technical documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and handle tool assemblies and raw materials safely (25–50 lbs).
- Familiarity with digital tool libraries a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective collaboration skills across engineering and production teams.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
- Knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and fixturing principles.
- Solid understanding of metallic materials and cutting tool applications.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or high-precision manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with Teamcenter or similar PLM systems, ERP, MES, or inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with Haimer (or similar) tool presetters, tool balancers, and digital tool management systems.
