About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data on client behavior, assist in developing care plans, maintain professional knowledge, utilize ABA techniques, maintain client records, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for effective care coordination.

About You

Required:

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
