About the Role
About You
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Benefits Administration or relevant field.
- BS/BA in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field.
- Advanced Excel, Microsoft BI, or other system analytics and reporting skills.
- Strong understanding of Human Resource concepts, practices, and procedures in a corporate environment.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Excellent organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with self-funded and fully insured benefit plans.
- Sense of curiosity and a willingness to learn and try new things.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Desire to grow into a leadership role within the team.
