About the Role
As a Tower Foreman, you will supervise all tower site activities, lead team members, and ensure quality installations of equipment. You will be responsible for safety meetings, mentoring crew members, and performing various installation tasks including coax and fiber cable installations. The position requires physical stamina to work at heights and the ability to travel frequently for job assignments.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Three years of experience in climbing towers, stacking, rigging, etc.
- Successful completion of Safety in Rigging/Competent Rigger coursework and industrial First Aid and Rescue Training.
- Must have/obtain OSHA 10hr Training Certification.
Preferred:
- Related trade school education.
- OSHA 30hr certification.
- RF Awareness Certification.
