About the Role
About You
- Ability to climb towers and work at heights up to 500 feet.
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete paperwork by deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and ability to qualify as an approved company driver.
- Advanced knowledge of OSHA safety and quality guidelines.
- Ability to perform rescues and train subordinate staff.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and RFDS.
- Prior experience with LTE upgrades and relevant technology.
- Demonstrated understanding of crane signals and complex rigging procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Knowledge of rigging and mounting procedures for antennas and equipment.
