About the Role
As a Tower Technician, you will be responsible for performing work at the top of towers, including rigging, hoisting, and installation of equipment. You will assist in the installation of coax, fiber, and hybrid cables, ensure safety protocols are followed, and maintain tool inventory. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work at heights, as well as travel for extended periods.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of safety in rigging coursework.
- Ability to operate aerial lifts and man lifts.
- Successful completion of Industrial First Aid and Rescue Training and Competent Climber course.
Preferred:
- Related trade school education.
- One to three years of experience in climbing towers, stacking, rigging, etc.
