About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 to 4 years of industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both reading and writing.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) carrying 50 lb. loads.
- ComTrain, OSHA10, RF Awareness Training, First Aid/CPR certification.
- Experience with Anritsu Site Master, Andrew, PPC, tower mapping, and antenna equipment.
- Experience stacking self-support towers and installing waveguide, antennas, and microwave dishes.
- Knowledge of RF awareness, replacement, and maintenance of coax, jumpers, TMAs, connectors, and weatherproofing.
- Ability to lift over 70 pounds and work in extreme weather conditions.
- Self-motivated and quick learner.
- Highly organized with ability to effectively report verbally and in writing to Tower Foreman.
- Experience with custom tower rigging techniques.
- Proficiency with all test equipment including sweeps, PIM, fiber testing.
- Basic knowledge of microwave dish and radio installations.
- Experience troubleshooting tower lighting systems and GPS antennas.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
