About the Role
As a Scrum Master, you will lead the Agile Release Train, ensuring effective implementation of radar system requirements through capability/feature design, requirements development, and software development. You will coordinate team meetings, track agile metrics, and resolve impediments to maintain project momentum.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading a technical effort and executing technical, cost, and schedule performance.
- An active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance.
Preferred:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in engineering or related technical discipline.
- Experience with BMC4I systems, Radar Systems, or signal processing techniques.
- Experience with Matlab, C/C++, Ada, Java, or DOORS.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or related discipline.
