Summary
RH is seeking a Trade Consultant to join their team in Corte Madera, CA. The role involves delivering first-class service to clients and growing the RH Trade business within the Gallery.
About the Role
As a Trade Consultant, you will provide a luxury experience for RH Trade clientele through product expertise and elevated service. You will work closely with the Residential Trade Leader, qualify potential clients, assist with project development, and ensure fiscal goals are achieved while maintaining a strong interest in the luxury and design industry.
About You
Required:
- Experience within a high-end furniture showroom, luxury retailer or design firm.
- Proven successes working with the interior design/trade community.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
Preferred:
- Basic to proficient knowledge of interpreting and understanding floor plans.
- Solid technical background with experience using Salesforce or other customer relationship management systems.
