About the Role
As a Trading Specialist, you will monitor trading activity during various sessions, manage risk, and ensure compliance with firm policies and regulations. You will interact with external venues and market centers to resolve issues affecting order flow and engage with cross-functional teams on product development and problem-solving.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years working in a broker-dealer operations/trading environment.
- FINRA Series 7 required.
- FINRA 57 license required.
- Strong understanding of brokerage operation functions.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Self-starter with ability to work independently.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt to a changing environment.
