About You
Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in call center or customer service roles.
- Ability to multitask and manage heavy telephone, radio, and computer usage.
Preferred:
- Previous experience as a 911 operator or in dispatching.
- Demonstrated proficiency in dispatching field personnel via radio.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
