Summary

ResultsCX is seeking a Trainer - Seasonal Onsite to join their team in Norristown, PA. The role involves orienting new Associates and facilitating training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

About the Role

As a Trainer, you will prepare new Associates through the Day Zero process and facilitate New Hire Orientation. Your responsibilities include conducting classroom training, assessing trainee progress, maintaining subject matter expertise, and providing feedback to improve training programs. You will also uphold compliance with internal and client policies and maintain proficiency in call handling skills.

About You

Required:

Strong ability to assess trainee learning and adjust training techniques accordingly.
Previous experience in classroom adult education or training and evaluation.
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work multiple shifts as required.
