About the Role
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users. You will engage in the entire training process, from instructional design to developing training materials. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams to create workflow-based training content and participate in projects aimed at enhancing software usability.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
- Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
- COVID-19 vaccination.
Preferred:
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience.
- A history of academic and professional success.
