About the Role
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily care and training of 5-6 dogs, supervising foster families, maintaining dog appearance, exercising dogs, completing health paperwork, coordinating veterinary care, and assisting with various training and certification processes. You will also represent the organization at public presentations and outreach events.
About You
Required:
- Strong background and experience in dog training.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle large breed dogs ranging in age from puppy to 3 years old.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to keep accurate records.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to cultivate and keep a positive work environment.
