About the Role

As a Training Administrator, you will be responsible for assembling and coordinating training programs, monitoring training content and quality, and providing logistical support for training activities. You will work closely with leadership and various departments to ensure effective training delivery and compliance with training requirements. Your role will also include digitizing training materials, managing training platforms, and acting as a facilitator for designated trainings.

About You

Required:

Master's degree in Social Work, Human Service, or Education preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
At least five years of experience in Group Work, facilitation, training, or education.
Strong administrative competence.
Excellent facilitation and group work experience and skills.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
