About the Role
As a Training Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the internal Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with training requirements. You will work closely with leadership to identify training priorities, manage resources, and deliver effective training solutions. Your role will also include overseeing the CEU application process, developing training materials, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, ideally in the mental health or health care industry.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a company trainer.
Experience administering/maintaining a LMS database.
Excellent facilitation and public speaking skills.
Ability to track, analyze, interpret, and report on training data.
Preferred:
Understanding of the training and programmatic requirements of a mental health/human services industry field.
Demonstrated ability to engage an adult audience and create content in line with adult learning styles.
CPR certified instructor (or ability to become certified).
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
