About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience designing or developing training programs grounded in data-driven analysis.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Planner.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Prior experience in underwriting or claims in Excess & Surplus Lines of insurance.
- Familiarity with professional development subjects such as organizational change management, leadership development, etc.
