Summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Training and Documentation Specialist to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on enhancing customer support through effective training and documentation strategies.

About the Role

As a Training and Documentation Specialist, you will collaborate with quality and training leads to design a performance coaching program for customer support agents. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing training calendars, coordinating the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures, and ensuring consistent quality calibrations and reviews. This is a 5-month onsite position with a schedule from 9 am to 6 pm.

About You

Required:

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience in team training or coaching, with strong communication skills.
Familiarity with knowledgebase/documentation management; SharePoint and Zendesk experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and issues, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet research, with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
