Summary
HH Global is seeking a Training Business Partner to support capability development across North American operations. This role involves shaping colleague performance and elevating operational excellence.
About the Role
As a Training Business Partner, you will collaborate across the business to design, deploy, and evaluate training programs for Client Engagement teams. Your responsibilities include preparing effective training programs, engaging with the community to deploy training, supporting internal and external training providers, evaluating operational skills, and managing training attendance.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS Degree in business or equivalent industry experience.
- 1-3+ years experience with Business management training.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships.
Preferred:
- Experience of Technical skills training.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Experience with e-learning software.
