Citizens Alliance is seeking a Training Specialist to join their team in Clara City, MN. The role involves training and educating all bank personnel, including onboarding new employees and providing refresher training for existing staff.
About the Role
As a Training Specialist, you will assist the Training Manager in developing and implementing training curricula, updating policies and procedures, and creating training materials. You will also support the design of workflow management systems and cultivate strong relationships with personnel to ensure high-quality service and operational consistency.
About You
Required:
High School diploma or GED.
Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge.
Three to Five years of customer service experience.
Preferred:
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Suites.
