About the Role
As a Training Specialist, Production, you will be responsible for facilitating training sessions, executing training plans, evaluating training effectiveness, and maintaining training records. You will work closely with manufacturing leadership to identify training needs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires hands-on interaction with innovative technologies and offers opportunities for career growth in electromechanical skills.
About You
Required:
- Associates Degree or equivalent Training Certification.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in medical device, healthcare, or robotics.
- Proven experience facilitating trainings and working with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt training approaches.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Cornerstone, AGILE PLM, MES, and SAP.
- Experience in building SOPs, OJT checklists, and Train-the-Trainer programs.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering trainings.
