About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA License.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years of Transaction Advisory experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in transaction services and/or audit engagement teams.
- Strong auditing/accounting skills and corporate finance knowledge.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage projects and deliver results within strict timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
