Citi is seeking a Transaction Manager, Credit Financing/Lending - Vice President to join their team in Tampa, FL. The role involves supporting multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle including loan closing, servicing coordination, and client onboarding.
About the Role
As a Transaction Manager, you will actively manage a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions, support loan origination and lifecycle management, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with various teams to improve processes and efficiencies, coordinate loan transactions, and serve as an escalation point for loan remediation and system testing.
About You
Required:
- 6-10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, or structured lending.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft programs.
- Experience with Loan IQ and transaction capture tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Private Credit markets and Broadly Syndicated Loans.
- Understanding of legal loan documentation and funding mechanics.
- Experience working under time constraints to facilitate transactions.
- Ability to collaborate with senior management and business constituents.
- Comprehensive understanding of corporate and regulatory policies related to Lending.
