About the Role
As a Transaction Privilege Tax Auditor 2, you will be responsible for conducting audits and refund reviews, interpreting tax laws, and ensuring accurate adjustments in the tax system. You will also respond to taxpayer inquiries and maintain compliance with tax regulations while contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the department.
About You
Required:
- Any combination that meets the knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA) including a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum six (6) months of audit-related experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or closely related field.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement and/or LEAN.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
