As a Transaction Services - Lender Services Senior Associate, you will conduct field examinations for asset-based loans, analyze financial records, execute audit procedures, and prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations. You will work closely with clients to identify risks and opportunities in M&A transactions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and bank credit policies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in public accounting, auditing, finance or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in accounting, asset-based lending, auditing, or financial consulting.
- Proficiency in data mining and computer databases.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Products, especially advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in accounting or business-related field.
- CPA, CTP, or CFE certifications.
- Advanced knowledge of factoring and asset-based lending.
