About the Role
As a Senior Associate in Transaction Services, you will assist clients with financial, operational, and tax issues related to M&A transactions. Your responsibilities will include conducting research and analysis, preparing quality of earnings and net working capital analyses, participating in executive interviews, drafting client deliverables, managing workstreams, and coaching junior team members.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Accounting.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant transaction experience, including experience analyzing a target company’s quality of earnings (EBITDA), net working capital, and cash flows.
- Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of formulas such as SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH.
