Summary
Fiserv is seeking a TransArmor Integration Analyst to join their team in Coral Springs, FL. The role involves serving as a specialized technical advisor to implement secure payment solutions and ensure compliance in managing transactions.
About the Role
As a TransArmor Integration Analyst, you will manage client implementations and conversions for large and technical custom implementations. You will develop and execute project plans, identify opportunities to streamline procedures, and act as a Subject Matter Expert for TransArmor. Your role will require interfacing with various departments and gathering client requirements for software development.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing client implementations and conversions.
- 4+ years of experience with advanced troubleshooting and analysis for technical solutions.
- 4+ years of experience working directly with developers on integration projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity/analysis software.
- Availability to travel as needed to support project implementations and client interactions.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Proficient understanding of Fiserv authorization and settlement platforms, as well as onboarding and processing front-end tools.
- Knowledge of process documentation and development of training plans.
- Experience in project management or a related field.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
