About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to the design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, product management approaches, and value realization structures. Your responsibilities include directing strategic transformation programs, applying Agile methodologies, designing operating models leveraging AI and RPA technologies, developing business cases for large initiatives, and advising C-Suite leaders on change management strategies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related technology field (Telecom Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Telecom B/OSS and Network infrastructure.
- Prior consulting industry experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in delivering Telecom Technology evolution projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
- Experience managing a Telecom technology strategy project or workstream.
- Deep technical and business knowledge on Autonomous Networks, 5G, HFC, CAMARA, ODA.
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs (40-60% estimated).
Preferred:
- TMForum Certification/s.
- Understanding of Network architecture and data space.
- At least 1 year of consulting experience supporting Business and Solution Architecture for telecom services.
- Experience in Product and Portfolio Management for telecom offerings.
- Program Management experience in Telecom EPMO design and delivery.
