NAVWAR is seeking a Transition Readiness Program Administrator NF3 to join their team in Miramar, CA. The role involves serving as the TRP Administrator to assist military members and their families in transitioning to civilian life.
About the Role
As the Transition Readiness Program Administrator, you will be responsible for gathering and reporting statistical data, preparing and conducting briefs and training sessions, assisting clients, and participating in program outreach events. You will also facilitate transition assistance seminars and maintain communication with various stakeholders to ensure program requirements are met.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to manage, organize, coordinate, and prioritize multiple high-visibility projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suites.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Preferred:
Experience in preparing documentation and presentations following naval correspondence rules.
Knowledge of classroom management and instructional curriculum delivery.
Ability to conduct research to support program updates and outreach efforts.
