About the Role
As a Transplant Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical, psychological, and financial needs of transplant patients. Your duties will include coordinating pre-operative tests, maintaining the waiting list, educating patients and families about the transplant process, and participating in quality improvement efforts for the transplant program.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a state-accredited school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Three (3) years of professional nursing experience, including two (2) years in the area of specialization.
