About the Role
As a Transport Coordinator, you will act as a liaison between GMR Communication Centers and contract facilities, ensuring that patient movement is safe, timely, and appropriate. Your responsibilities will include assisting hospital staff with Level of Service determinations, coordinating ambulance services, providing information to healthcare personnel, and preparing necessary paperwork for transports.
About You
Required:
- 1 year of related experience providing dispatching and/or transportation services to hospital patients.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Preferred:
- 2 years of EMS industry experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- EMD/EMT Certification.
