Summary
Blueprint Creative Group is seeking a Transportation & Transit Communications Manager to join their team in Miami, FL. The role involves leading and managing public education and outreach campaigns focused on roadway safety and transit use.
About the Role
As a Transportation & Transit Communications Manager, you will develop and lead large-scale public education campaigns related to transportation safety and transit awareness. Your responsibilities will include managing multi-channel marketing strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting research, overseeing creative development, tracking campaign performance, and facilitating community engagement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with at least 2 years focused on transportation, public safety, or behavioral change campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience managing public awareness efforts around topics such as seatbelt use, safe driving, public transit ridership, pedestrian/cyclist safety, or similar.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with government agencies, transportation departments, or transit authorities.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and campaign performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Vision Zero, Safe Streets initiatives, or FTA/FTA-funded programs.
- Experience with multilingual or culturally competent campaign development.
