- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of data analysis and reporting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent customer service mindset.
- SAP experience is a plus.
