BradyPLUS is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to join their team in Aurora, CO. The role involves overseeing fleet operations and transportation logistics to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of products.
About the Role
As a Transportation Supervisor, you will manage drivers, routing, and scheduling while ensuring compliance with DOT and company policies. You will lead a high-performing team, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service levels and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include monitoring fleet performance, managing transportation budgets, and resolving transportation-related issues.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years in transportation, logistics, or fleet management, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, fleet safety, and transportation best practices.
- Valid Driver’s License required; CDL license preferred.
Preferred:
- CDL license and/or commercial driving experience.
- Experience managing both company-owned and contracted fleets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
