About the Role
As a Travel/Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel and procurement for the organization, developing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, coordinating travel arrangements, overseeing company events, and analyzing procurement data to identify trends and cost savings.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the tech services industry.
- Proven experience in procurement, travel management, and event coordination.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of securing favorable contracts.
- Strong analytical abilities, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of the tech services industry and its unique travel and procurement needs.
- Proficiency in procurement and travel management software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
Preferred:
- A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
